About UniCalc

UniCalc is a small effort from my side for younger Pakistani students working hard to break into the top universities of this country. I genuinely want to make your lives a little easier during what is probably one of the most stressful times you'll go through.

A year ago I had a simple idea. What if there was one calculator that covered all the universities people actually apply to? So I built it, called it UniCalc, and put it out there not knowing what to expect. Honestly I was not prepared for the response. People loved it. A simple app solving a simple problem, and it got so much love. That meant everything to me.

This version is everything the first one should have been. Better design, better experience, more universities, more features, and built with a lot more love :)

UniCalc is Pakistan's first open-source merit calculator. The entire codebase is public on GitHub so anyone can inspect it, contribute, or suggest improvements. Completely free. No ads, no signups, no hidden anything. Just come, check your merit, and go.

Formulas are updated every admission cycle and verified by people who've actually been through the process. Huge thanks to the contributors who helped make that possible.
